It gives opportunity to the project manager to assess and analyze the direction of the project. The changes can be made development lifecycle according to the requirements to different activities and processes. Traditional methodologies provide only one chance to the team members to create a plan. On the other hand, Agile methodology allows re-evaluation and review of project in small time intervals (Fewings, 2013). This makes it effective as compared to otherproject management methodologies.
